Health and Safety

• If a student or family member has been exposed to COVID-19 or is showing symptoms, lessons will be rescheduled to take place online during that day or week.

• To ensure a safe and healthy in-person learning environment, all students are required to wash their hands thoroughly upon arrival.

• The piano keys will be sanitized between each student’s lesson.
  
  Tuition and Payment

• Tuition is charged in monthly installments and is non-refundable.

• Books and other materials are not included in the tuition fee.

• Payment is due during the first week of each month. Late payments will incur a late fee ($20).

• If a student wishes to withdraw from lessons, one month’s notice is required. 
  
  Missed Lessons and Cancellations

• Missed lessons due to emergencies (e.g., illness or severe weather) may be rescheduled for an online make-up lesson.

• Lessons missed due to last-minute cancellations (less than 12 hours’ notice) or no-shows will not be rescheduled or refunded.

• If the teacher is absent due to sickness or an emergency, the lesson will either be rescheduled or credited.
